The upgrade must be made before the session.

The passenger must be at least 18 years old to use the massage services. Minors must have the consent of a legal guardian to access these services.

The massage services are exclusively intended for well-being and relaxation purposes.

SKY The Lounge is committed to respecting the privacy and confidentiality of all users. All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with current data protection laws.

The passenger must inform the therapist of any pre-existing medical condition or any relevant health issues before the session, such as allergies, injuries, pregnancy, chronic diseases, etc.

The User must behave respectfully throughout the session. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or request that compromises the professionalism of the therapist will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

SKY The Lounge reserves the right not to provide the service if the therapist considers that the session could put the User’s health or safety at risk.

The passenger acknowledges that SKY The Lounge is not responsible for injuries, discomfort, or issues that may arise due to pre-existing conditions or negligence by the User in not informing about their health status.

SKY The Lounge reserves the right to refuse service in case inappropriate behavior is detected or if the therapist considers the service is not suitable for the User’s situation.
