There are two ways to access Before Boarding services:
*Use the credit card or health insurance that has the benefit of our services when making your reservation.
*Pay online for the services by placing your payment method at the time of making the reservation.
The main differences between both types of service are that the Premium Lounges are available for both arrivals and departures from the country, include fast-track access to the security area and migration procedures, and are accompanied by our Staff to the gate of your departure or from when the plane disembarks upon arrival.
Meanwhile, the VIP Lounges are only available for the service leaving the country and do not have any type of accompaniment or expediting of airport processes.
The duration of access to credit cards or health insurance is one year. Each of them has a number of available passes that you can use. When these are finished, you must wait for their reactivation or make the payment online if you want to reserve the services.
Yes. To access our VIP Lounges, it is always advisable to make a prior reservation and avoid penalties when showing up without a reservation in our lounges.
Each lounge has its own policies regarding the length of stay. We recommend reading the terms and conditions sent at the time of making the reservation to have a better understanding of the times in each room.
Do not. Only the holder of the card or insurance can use the accesses that the product has in our VIP Lounges. For security reasons, lounge staff check that the name of the cardholder matches the name on the ID/passport.
Do not. Presenting the product with access to the holder who made the reservation and verifying the number of companions placed, is more than enough to give everyone entry to the rooms.
It’s possible to use the credit card as long as the user is the owner of the extension, since transferring the benefit to another person is not allowed.
Do not. To access our VIP Lounges it is mandatory to present in person the product that has access. Photos, photocopies, etc. are not accepted.
