How does the Premium Departure service work?
1. Start your experience by picking up your boarding pass and then go to our counter located in the terminal to be transferred to the Amber Lounge.
2. Go through our security and migration escorted by our staff.
3. To access the lounge, show the required documents and start enjoying carefully selected catering, free Wi-Fi, international TV, and newspapers until your boarding call.
4. Cap off your experience being escorted by our staff to your boarding gate minutes before boarding.

You just arrive and we’ll take care of the rest at the Larimar Lounge at Gregorio Luperón International Airport (POP) in Puerto Plata.

How does the Premium Arrival service work?
1. Upon arrival, you will be met and escorted by one of our staff members to the Larimar Premium Lounge.
2. Once in the lounge, simply show your reservation and start enjoying carefully selected catering, Wi-Fi, international TV, and newspapers.
3. While you wait in comfort, your baggage will be picked up by our staff to be delivered to the lounge.
4. Complete the security and migration procedures accompanied by our staff, who will also transport your luggage to the vehicle that will take you to your final destination.
