Thanks to this app, VIP services offered at the main airports throughout the Dominican Republic are at the forefront of technology. This innovative technological platform is not only visually attractive and easy to navigate, but it is also convenient for users, making it easier and faster to book multiple high-value services when traveling through the airports of Santo Domingo (SDQ), Santiago de los Caballeros (STI), Puerto Plata (POP) and Samaná (AZS), as well as including a concierge service through a chat built into the application with 24-hour user assistance.

It also includes the option to change the language from Spanish to English and vice versa, according to the user’s preference, and has a real-time alerts and notifications service. Likewise, the app offers different payment methods, such as credit card, PayPal, payment at the reception desk or payment through membership. User validation is performed under a procedure similar to the one used on the Before Boarding website.

In this first release, only the Santo Domingo and Santiago de los Caballeros lounges can be booked; however, the app is expected to be constantly updated to incorporate more functionalities, new features and exclusive promotions.
