Before Boarding launches mobile application with multiple benefits for its users

It is now available for download on smartphones in the App Store and Google Play app stores.

Before Boarding continues to expand its digital ecosystem and modernize its technological platform by providing its users with new information spaces, making it easier for its customers to access its services and contact channels.

Thanks to this application, the VIP services offered at the main airports of the Dominican Republic are at the forefront of technology. This innovative technological platform is not only visually attractive and easy to navigate, but it is also useful to its users, facilitating and speeding up the reservation process of various high-value services when traveling through the airports of Santo Domingo (SDQ), Santiago de los Caballeros (STI), Puerto Plata (POP) and Samaná (AZS), in addition to incorporating a concierge service through a chat incorporated within the application with user assistance 24 hours a day.

It also includes the option to change the language from Spanish to English and vice versa according to the user's preference and has a service of alerts and notifications in real time. Likewise, the app offers different payment methods, among which are: payment by credit card, PayPal, at the reception desk or through membership. User validation is performed under a procedure similar to that used on the Before Boarding website www.beforeboarding.com.

In this first release, only the Santo Domingo and Santiago de los Caballeros rooms can be booked; however, the application is expected to be constantly updated to incorporate more functionalities, new features and exclusive promotions.
